Skills handed down over three generations

The company came into being at the end of the war, when Marcel Monteil took over the existing Etablissements Morel. His son Michel succeeded him in the 1990s. In 1995, a fire devastated most of the premises. But the firm continued to have a full order book: the Monteil family’s know-how is unique. The company has always forged lasting relations of trust with its customers, who rallied round to support it. Hervé and Olivier then took the helm and undertook to modernise production processes, always in respect of quality execution.
